Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Earlyn. Using the service means you accept them. Questions: hello@earlyn.app.
The service
Earlyn watches public conversations for the terms you choose, scores them, and can draft a reply. What you do with a draft is your decision.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Source platforms change their APIs and rate limits without notice, and a source can go quiet as a result.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your product.
One person per account. Team plans let you invite colleagues; each of them signs in separately.
Replies you send
Replies published through Earlyn are yours. You are responsible for their content and for following each platform's own rules — including the ones about self-promotion and spam.
Drafts are generated by a language model and can be wrong. Read a draft before you send it.
We may suspend an account we believe is using Earlyn to spam.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Polar as merchant of record. New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial and no card.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
If a price changes we will tell you before it applies to your subscription.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
